Dashengdete has become the most valuable provider and service provider of wind duct system solutions in China, leading the way in clean wind duct systems.

 

Nevertheless, our passion, enthusiasm, and desire to satisfy customers remain unchanged.

 

In 1997, we introduced the P3 wind duct system solution to China, pioneering the composite wind duct market in China;

From 2005 to 2015, we began to promote the revision of national standards (GB50016, GB8624);

In 2018, we led the industry standardization and participated in the formulation of industry standards;

Starting in 2023, we will establish the first necessary SEP industry standard patent, integrate the industrial chain, and create more social value.

Currently, the P3 wind duct system distribution network covers mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, providing necessary assistance and support to customers and designers in selecting and applying the system.

We are establishing our headquarters and production base in the Greater Bay Area, introducing the world's leading non-toxic and environmentally friendly water foaming patent technology, responding to the national call for green initiatives, and taking action to implement the "dual carbon" strategy. In collaboration with the School of Architecture and Materials at Shenzhen University, we are closely integrating production, education, and research to jointly develop new energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials. It has certain disruptive and leading characteristics, which not only gives Dashengdete new value but also promotes the development of the national new materials industry.

 

The production base will have two production lines, which will be put into operation in 2024, ensuring an annual output of over 10 million square meters of board materials and an annual output value of over one billion.

 

To meet the growing market demand and provide more convenient and fast delivery services, we plan to build two additional production lines in the Yangtze River Delta and Southwest China to quickly meet the huge demand in China and even Asia.

 

Product and service advantages: solving industry pain points and filling industry gaps.

 

Clean and hygienic: The aluminum foil surface is coated with a special coating that has acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, and bacteriostatic properties, belonging to food-grade materials;

Solving industry pain points - dirty and difficult to clean ducts: Visible and invisible dirt on the surface allows air and water to enter the insulation layer, becoming a breeding ground for bacteria.

 

Environmental protection and energy-saving: The insulation layer adopts the world's leading non-toxic and environmentally friendly water foaming technology, with a long service life (already used for over 30 years in some projects), high efficiency, and durable performance, surpassing national industry standards;

Solving industry pain points - aging, high energy consumption, short service life: The insulation layer is prone to aging, especially rubber and plastic insulation materials. Aging of the insulation layer affects insulation performance and increases energy consumption, requiring replacement every 5-7 years.

 

Easy and fast installation: Lightweight and aesthetically pleasing ducts, with installation speed three times faster than traditional ducts;

Solving industry pain points - slow construction, complicated installation: Traditional galvanized iron ducts are too heavy, making construction difficult and demolition inconvenient.

 

Cleanliness and antibacterial properties: We have unique antibacterial technology patents and independent clean patents, filling industry gaps.

 

We have made significant innovations in the wind duct system in the ventilation field, replacing traditional metal plates with self-insulating aluminum layer ducts.

 

By developing and using self-insulating aluminum layer ducts, we have updated the construction methods of traditional zinc plate ducts to maintain technological advancement, construction convenience, and economic and environmental advantages.
